PBX In A Flash Scripts

Welcome to the latest script page. This script will do the following:

• Installs the update-scripts program onto your PIAF system
• Once the program has been install simply type update-scripts at the CLI and tap the ENTER key
• Once the program is finished type help-pbx to see what new features have been added. Note this does not mean the new features have been installed! It means that the new features are available if you WISH to install or use them. Run update-scripts once a month or so to have the latest scripts installed on your system.

This script is designed to update existing installs of PBX in a Flash. New installs after December 09, 2007 will have this feature integrated already.

Installation

Update Your Existing PBX in a Flash System

• Log into the CLI as user root
• wget http://www.pbxinaflash.org/scripts/install-updatescripts.x.gz
• gunzip install-updatescripts.x.gz
• chmod +x install-updatescripts.x
• ./install-updatescripts.x
• rm install-updatescripts.x

You should only need to run install-updatescripts once. Then run update-scripts and you should have the latest.
